Dr. Toh Chin Chye (in dark coat), Minister for Health, visits Madam Wong Yoke Lin at Alexandra Hospital. He was accompanied by (from left) Sister Nah Seow Lung, Dr. Leong Hin Seng and Dr. Sung Wing Heun. Madam Wong became the first patient for a limb re-attachment surgery after she met with an accident at her workplace. The surgery was performed by Drs. Leong Hin Seng, Sung Wing Heun, Ng Boon Keng and T.R. Achuthan at Alexandra Hospital. Title devised by Library staff.
