This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Goh Tjoei Kok (吴水阁), Chairman of Management Committee of Nanyang Junior College (南洋初级学院) (Jan 1980-1989). He was founder and Chairman of Tat Lee Bank (1974-1994); Vice-Chairman of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (1981-1991); Chairman of Chung Cheng High School Management Committee (1965-1994), Lorong Chuan Junior College Building Committee (1972-1979) and Intraco Limited (1978). His son, Mr. Goh Han Teng, was Managing Director of Pan Malayan Holdings Limited (1982-1997) and Tat Lee Bank Limited (1978-1984). Title devised by Library staff.
