This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Koh Chew Huan, Committee Member (1982-2004) and Head of Reconstruction or Building Development Section of the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (1982-1991). He was Member of the Chinese High School Management Committee (1975, 1997), Hwa Chong Junior College Management Committee (1975, 1997) and Nanyang Junior College Management Committee (1980-1989).
