This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Professor Shih Choon Fong (施春风), Director of the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (1996-1999), Deputy Vice-Chancellor (1997-2000) and President (2000-2008) of the National University of Singapore. He is also founding President of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia in 2008. Title devised by Library staff.
