This 1984 photograph depicts a two-storey house at no. 4 Ceylon Road (east side near East Coast Road corner). The upper floor of the two-storey house features three French windows covered with timber louvred shutters. There are transom windows over the top of the windows. On the ground floor, the windows are fixed with security bars. Title devised by Library staff.
