This picture depicts a scale model of ITE Balestier Campus 2 at the corner of Towner Road and McNair Road, former site of McNair Vocational Institute (MNVI). It was constructed by the students of Building Drafting Department. ITE Balestier was formed with the merger of the Singapore Vocational Institute (SVI), MNVI and Kim Keat Vocational Institute, on 1 April 1992. Title devised by Library staff.
