This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Dr. Patricia Ruth Elliott, a physician at St. Andrew's Orthopaedic Hospital at Elliot Road in Siglap from 1939 to 1950. She was a missionary doctor at the St. Andrew's Mission Hospital (1927); and choir mistress of the St. Hilda's Church at Ceylon Road (1950). Title devised by Library staff.
