The 25-storey building has a distinct protruding ovaloid exterior which are the living room and balcony of each unit. There is a large circular swimming pool and a tennis court on the right. On the left is another private development, the Leonie Towers. Construction of the Futura Apartments started as early as 1970 and was completed in 1976.
