This photograph shows the exterior of the Siang Cho Keong Temple at 66, Amoy Street. There are burning giant joss sticks lining the side of the driveway and in the parking space. This is to celebrate the occasion of the birthday (仙祖宫) of Tua Pek Kong (大伯公) also known as Fu De Zheng Shen (福德正神), one of the Taoist deities. A flight of steps lead to the entrance of the temple, where there is an altar. In the background is a glimpse of a high-rise building that is located outside the temple.
