This is a picture of a scale model of the proposed Tanah Merah Prison (left) and the adjoining Changi Women's Prison and Drug Rehabilitation Centre (right) on Tanah Merah Besar Road. The facilities were officially declared open by Minister for Home Affairs, Mr. Wong Kan Seng, on 23 April 1994. Title devised by Library staff.
