A scale model of the proposed Raffles Institution (RI) at 51, Grange Road. It will be built on the former ground of the Old Admiralty House in 1971. On the foreground are blocks for technical workshop, library and science rooms. Facing the field is a four-storey classroom block with a grand clock tower rising in the centre. At the far left and right corners, are tennis courts and swimming pool respectively. After RI left in June 1990 for Bishan, the premises became home to School of Business and Technology of Temasek Polytechnic between 1990 and 1995. TItle devised by Library staff.
