This is a half-length portrait of Mr. Tan Kin Lian seating behind his office desk. He was General Manager (1977-1994) and later, Chief Executive Officer (1994-2007) of the National Trades Union Congress Co-operative Insurance Commonwealth Enterprise Limited (NTUC INCOME). Mr. Tan also served as Chairman (1999-2001) and later, Member (2005-2008) of the Singapore National Co-operative Federation (established in 1980). Title devised by Library staff.
