This 1982 photograph shows Nunes Building (dated 1937) along Malacca Street. Nunes Building was designed by D.S. Petrovitch, of Messrs. Swan and Maclaren. The 4-storey building is of modern Continental Cubist design and features panel designs on its façade. The building was previously owned by Sime Darby. Malacca Street is named after Malacca, which was part of the Straits Settlements. Title devised by Library staff.
