This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Lawrence Chia Hock Leong, the first Chairman of the National Police Cadet Corps Council of Singapore from April 1975 to March 1988. He was Board Member of Singapore Science Centre (1972); Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor of Chemistry Department in the National University of Singapore (1979); and Principal of Anglo-Chinese Secondary School (1988-1993).
