This is a half-length photograph of Mr. Jack Neo Chee Keong in his younger days. He received a Cultural Medallion in 2004 for his contribution in making Singapore-theme films. Mr. Neo was also a successful television comedian and host in the 1990s. Title devised by Library staff.
