This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of His Excellency Sir John Anderson (b.1858-d.1918), Governor of the Straits Settlements from 15 April 1904 to 9 April 1911. He was British High Commissioner in Malaya from 1904 to 1911. Title devised by Library staff.
