This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of junior sub-officer Koh Long Lim (left), Loh Kian Kong (seated) and Arthur Lim Beng Lock (right). Koh was killed in the fire at Teck Guan Street in 1954. Loh was awarded the Colonial Police Medal in 1952. Arthur Lim became Acting Chief Fire Officer (1973-1976), Chief Fire Officer of the Singapore Fire Brigade (1977-1980), and Director of the Singapore Fire Service (1980-1989).
