This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Mohamed Ghazali bin Ismail, Parliamentary Secretary for Education from August 1970 to May 1972. He was a reporter for the Utusan Melayu (1964); Chairman of the Working Committee for the National Language Week (1964-1965); Political Secretary for Culture (Feb 1964-1968) and Education (1968-Aug 1970); President of the Singapore Amateur Sepaktakraw Association (1970); and People's Action Party Member of Parliament for Aljunied (May 1968-1972).
