This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Yee Fook Hong, Vice Chairman (1982) and later Chairman of the Kim Keat Community Centre Management Committee (1986-1992). He was Member (1987-1989) and later Vice Chairman of the Kim Keat Citizens' Consultative Committee (1992-1994); Vice Chairman of the East Payoh Secondary School Advisory Committee (1987); Member of the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (1993-2008); Partner of Ng, Lee & Partners, an accounting firm (May 2002-to date); Member of the National St. John Council; Director of the Corporate Tax Division at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). He was awarded the Public Service Medal and the Public Service Star in 1987 and 1995 National Day Awards respectively.
