This is a close-up of Dr. Lenny Tan Kheng Ann, President of the International Society of Radiologists in 1994. He was Consultant Radiologist (1974-1984), Head of the Department of Radiology (Diagnostic) (Jul 1984-1990) and Director of the School of Radiography at Singapore General Hospital (Jul 1984-1990); Chairman of the Chapter of Radiologists, Singapore (1982-1988); Council Member of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (1981-1991); Dean of the Department of Radiology (1986) and later Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore (Sep 1994-1997); and Head of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the National University Hospital (1994-1997). He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1982 National Day Awards. He was also made Honorary Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Radiologists in 1986 for their contribution to the radiological sciences. Title devised by Library staff.
