This is a photograph of Madam Fong Yuet Kwai, Principal of Nan Hua Primary School, receiving the Efficiency Medal (Pingat Kebolehan) from President Wee Kim Wee during the investiture ceremony of National Day Awards at the Singapore Conference Hall in December 1985. She was awarded for her contributions in the education. She joined Nan Hwa Girls' Primary School as a teacher in January 1961. Title devised by Library staff.
