This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Sia Yong (谢镛), Executive Director of Sim Lim Investments Limited (1983). He was Executive Director and General Manager of Sim Lim Finance Limited; Chairman of General Affairs Committee of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Member of Chinese High School Management Committee (1975-1990); Chairman of Singapore National Shippers' Council (1976-1983); and President of Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (1979-1981) and Singa-Sino Friendship Association (later Singapore China Friendship Association) (1994-to date).
