This is an artist's impression of the proposed Bedok North Secondary School at the corner of Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 (left) and Jalan Damai (right). The school was established in 1981 at the temporary premises of Temasek Secondary School (founded in 1980) at Upper Changi Road. On 4 January 1982, the school moved to Bedok and was declared open by Mr. Haji Saidi bin Haji Shariff, Member of Parliament for Kaki Bukit, on 2 August 1983. The school was relocated to 20, Jalan Damai on 4 December 1999. It was declared open by Mr. Sidek bin Saniff, Senior Minister of State for the Environment and Member of Parliament for Aljunied GRC, on 3 August 2001. Title devised by Library staff.
