This is a 1982 photograph, showing the Singapore Cold Storage Creameries in the Capitol Cinema Building on North Bridge Road. It housed Cold Storage's Magnolia Milk Bar serving its popular milk shakes and ice cream freezes. When Capitol Cinema screened its last movie on 1998, the milk bar also ceased operation. Title devised by Library staff.
