This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Ms. Chang Shang Lok (章善乐), Assistant Specialist Inspector for Physical Education at the Ministry of Education in 1973. She was also the founder of Singapore Women Physical Education Teachers Society (新加坡女体育教师会) formed in 1962 by graduates of Chinese School Women Teachers Physical Education Training Class, a course conducted by Ms Chang.
