This is a close-up of Dr. Low Boon Chye, a Singapore-born scientist and later Senior Scientist of High Altitude Observatory in National Centre for Atmospheric Research at Boulder in Colorado, USA (1987-to date). He was a former student at Bartley Secondary School (1959-1963) and Raffles Institution (1964-1965); Senior Research Associate at National Aeronautical and Space Agency; and Visiting Tan Kah Kee Professor at Institute of Advanced Studies in Nanyang Technological University (2006).
