This panel comprises the south and east elevation drawings, roof and first storey floor plans, block site plan, and artist's impressions of the roof garden of the Golden Ginger HDB studio apartment in Serangoon North. There are also briefs on the building's landscape strategy, on the block and unit design, and on the eco-friendly features of the development. Built for senior citizens, Golden Ginger was launched for selection in 2014. It received the 2018 HDB Construction Award. Description by Library staff.
