My favourite economic beehoon stall is this one, located in Fajar Shopping Centre. I love its wide array of staples, from the usual soy sauce fried bee hoon and noodles, to Hokkien mee, fried maggi mee, and white bee hoon. The chilli they serve is sweeter with less heat in nature, so it's perfect for people just starting to have a taste of spice. My secondary school classmate, who lived very near Fajar Shopping Centre, would help both of us each get a packet of economic beehoon mee with a fried chicken wing and chilli on the side to eat for breakfast in school, and since she didn't like them, she'd pick out all the beansprouts in her packet for me before starting on her meal. -- Contributed by R.
