This is a portrait of Mr. Anthony Yeo Toon Yong, a veteran psychotherapist, in the library. He was Chairman of the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) and consultant therapist of the Counselling and Care Centre when he passed away in 2009. Mr. Yeo also served as President of the Singapore Association of Social Workers from 1976 to 1977. Title devised by Library staff.
