A 1982 photograph shows an old two-storey local, mixed Peranakan, colonial-style bungalow at no. 147 Killiney Road, opposite Devonshire Court, with a large front porch at its main entrance and an open front verandah on the second floor. It has a jackroof, French windows, as well as worn-out fretwork fascia. The photographer's notes indicate that the photograph was shot at f 5.6/235 on wall. f 8/125 overall.
