The Youth Educational Tour to West Malaysia and North Sumatra, 18-29 Sept 1980, organised by the People's Association Central Youth Council, is part of an on-going youth exchange programme planned under the auspices of the Committee for ASEAN Youth Cooperation. This publication issued in conjunction with the tour contains the tour orientation programme, itinerary, list of tour participants, as well as photographs of the activities of the People's Association youth movement and articles relating to the role of youth in community and national development.
