Certificate of Identity (Ow Oh Hoon)

This Certificate of Identity dated 20th February 1958 and numbered 850, was issued by the Immigration Department in Singapore to Ow Oh Hoon. The certificate was issued for the sole purpose of providing Ow Oh Hoon with identity papers in lieu of a national passport at that time, and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
