It main aims is to highlight the important points contained in the clauses of the Conditions of Contract so as to enable those who have little training in contractual laws to have a better understanding of its Cconditions. Notes on the Conditions of Sub-Contract Works are taken from clauses widely used by quantity surveyors in Singapore and in the author's office.
