This book aims to fill a lacuna in local legal literature on architects and their rights/liabilities in law. It deals comprehensively with the entire spectrum of legal issues which are likely to be encountered by architects in practice. It considers the contractual framework governing the architect's relationship with his client and his liabilities to other third parties. The book also focuses on the legal developments in the law affecting architects with analysis and recent judicial decisions touching on the architect's liability to Management Corporations and liability for defects.
