This book is devoted to a development of the basic definitions, properties, and apphcations of Fourier analysis. The emphasis is on techniques important for applications to linear systems, but other applications are occasionally described as well. The book is intended for engineers, especially for electrical engineers, but it attempts to provide a careful treatment of the fundamental mathematical ideas wherever possible.
