This monthly periodical in the Vietnamese language publishes articles, reports of conferences and major events, talks and lectures and news items on Bahais and their activities in various places in Vietnam. Each issue averages 20 pages. Some of the early issues contain poems and one has a crossword puzzle. Three pages in Chinese characters are found in nos. 18, 19 and 22. In most issues there is a bilingual column in English and Vietnamese "Bahais in the news". Photographs accompany the texts. In no.35 a photograph of the Bahai Center of Phnompenh, Cambodia appears.
