Information About

The First Qigong Healing Art And Technology Conference was held on the 18th and 19th April 1987 in Singapore. It was followed by 15 post conference seminars held from 20th-23th April for the various subjects of Qi studies. It was due to the fact that all articles, information and speeches presented during the conference and seminars were of valuable knowledge and is confidential as this was the first time such information was exposed to the Asian countries other than Mainland China that prompted the author to take up the challenge of writing and compiling this book. The research facts and notes were contributed and abstracted from text belonging to Shanghai Medical Institute of China. It is hoped that this book will help to promote the art and knowledge of qigong to the public and for those interested parties, they can further explore deeper into this field and use qigong as a form of healing art in their daily life.
