This document contains the correspondence between two parties, Dr. C. G. Foo of the Medical Office in Singapore and Mr. Raden Prijo of Mentri Politic in Blakang Padang. The two letters presented here are both dated 31st January 1941. The letter on the second page is a letter from Mr. Raden, after a conversation with Dr. Foo at the Medical Office, quoting 750 guilders for a piece of jungle land in the Plakar district. The letter on the first page is a reply to Mr. Raden from Dr. Foo, in which he quoted the prices for the jungle land in the Gunong Papan and Plakar districts.
