This publication commemorates the Tenth Anniversary of the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC) on October 14, 1993. It describes the decade of its development from the focal point of its concept and master plan, to the entire construction and future developments. Its objective is to provide Singapore with an affordable, safe, energy and cost-efficient means of public transport as part of an overall strategy to improve the quality of life.
