The incentive travel planner is defined as a working manual made up of specific sections — airline operations, ground operations, destinations, suggested itineraries and hotel facilities — so that the incentive house, travel agent and the ultimate user can "assemble" tours to meet the individual needs of the traveller. A maximum amount of up-to-date information on each location has been provided by the National Tourist organisations involved to allow the organiser of travel services to get the "feel" of the country, its characteristics and attractions.
