Public sector standard conditions of contract for construction work 1995

Information About

The Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Works was developed to enable a common contract form to be used in all public sector construction projects. The aim of the document was to allow industry users to gain familiarity on the standards, and reduce tendering effort and promote greater efficiency in contract administration. The Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Works contained the main core conditions. Provisions which were more project specific or agency specific were incorporated in the Particular Conditions. This version of the Standard Conditions was developed jointly by CIDB, PWD & HDB. Acknowledgement is also due to the Attorney General's Chambers for their advice and inputs.
