This paper presents the outcome of a study on flexible work arrangements in Singapore. The aims of this study are to examine ways to retain employees in the labour market, and to determine whether economically inactive women would enter the labour market if they are given suitable work arrangements. The paper presents the methodology, as well as a summary of the findings.
