This is a design presentation booklet by architectural firm Chan Sau Yan Associates (CSYA) for the design and construction of Mont Timah, a cluster housing development at Hindhede Drive, Singapore. It contains a description of the housing project, an area schedule, architectural drawings and colour images. The architectural drawings consist of landscape, site and floor plans, as well as section and elevation drawings, placed at various scales. The images feature the architectural models, building exterior and interior, and a sample board of wall colour choices.
