Information About

Ch'an Mi Qigong originated from Buddhism in China. It is the introduction of the essence of nurturing the body and mind based on ancient Buddhism, combined with other treasured principles from Chinese culture; applying the theory of Chinese Yin-Yang principles together with Traditional Chinese Medicine. In early 1993, Grandmaster Liu Han Wen, was invited to Malaysia and Singapore to promote and establish China Ch'an Mi Qigong. This book presents Ch'an Mi Qigong both in theory and practice. It includes the origins of Ch'an Mi Qigong, Ch'an enlightening verses, a 5 page full colour anatomy of the human spine and many interesting topics related to general Qigong practices.
