ff. 86r.-25r. A Buginese translation of Akhbár al-ákhira by Nūr ad-Dīn ar-Rānīrī. Dated A.H. 1178 [A.D. 1764/5] (for this copy) and A.H. 1149 [A.D. 1736] (either for the original of which this is a copy or, less likely, for the date of the translation into Buginese). B: ff. 24r.-18v. A description of what the Prophet saw in heaven. C: ff. 18r.-3r. A kitta’ on the me’erajĕ' (mi‘rāj) of the Prophet. D: ff. 2v.-1v. A story about an Israeli who, having heard the mi‘rāj story, at first did not believe it but, after a miracle was worked upon him, believed it and asked forgiveness, which the Prophet granted him. on f. 1v. it is said that this work was finished on 22 Ram. A.H. 1178 [A.D. 1765]. [The text has been written in Bugis script (reading left to right) and Arabic script (reading right to left), and the manuscript has been foliated Arabic style, right to left, even though the main text reads from left to right; thus the digital images display starting at the end of the text.](This description from Dr. A.
