Code of practice for examination and test of suspended scaffolds for approved persons

Information About

This Code of Practice applies to both temporarily and permanently installed suspended scaffolds capable of being raised or lowered by winches or climbers, e.g. gondolas. It is designed to provide Approved Persons with a uniform standard for the examination and test of suspended scaffolds. It prescribes the minimum requirements for the design, construction, registration for use, examination and test of the suspended scaffold system inclusive of the anchorage system, and for safety devices.
