Boria : a form of Malay theatre

Information About

This study on a Penang-Malay theatre is an adaptation of the author's Ph.D. thesis on Bona, which as a theatre has ancient roots in Malaysia. Though of Indian origin, it has until very recently not only been centred in Penang, but has through adaptive processes, become the one and only theatre of the Penang Malays.
