"Lap Sap Chung”

This is a photo of me being involved with the HKTVB to film the ""Lap Sap Chung”. During the early 70s, Singapore was already known for its “Keep Singapore Clean Campaign”. Hence, the Hong Kong Government and HKTVB came over to film this so that they could also use it to deliver the same message to Hong Kongers. I was featured as the Singapore Health Officer who “booked” the HK tourists (incidentally they were popular actors and actresses from the famous TV program, ""HK 701 Service Dept"". The story ended up with me turning them into the Lap Sap Chung and they were sent back to HK.
