My father, Sous Chef Lee Weng Fook



Recollection
My father works in a 5 star hotel restaurant known as MANDARIN ORIENTAL Manila.It was during the time of 1983-1993 whereby he worked very hard in order to receive a high pay to be able to afford for the family economics as at that time there were my 3 older brothers borned i am currently the youngest in the family.My father in the photo was doing an advertisement for his company.It says:Wonder no more as Tin Hau Executive Sous Chef Lee Weng Fook,my father,unravels the mysteries of chinese cooking in two special days of cooking demonstrations(17 April and 15 May,3pm to 5pm).But after he left we had no longer any contacts from the hotel anymore and if i am not wrong it is still in Singapore.
