My memories of Orchard Road started way back, about 40 years ago. It was the time when I was in the construction industry. I had a hand in the development of Orchard Road and Shenton Way. The greatest satisfaction I got from my construction work is to be able to witness successful transformation and completion of our projects. (Memory collected at Pioneer Generation Tribute event held at the Istana on 9th February 2014.)
